About the role
- Responsible for supporting Talent Management & Learning initiatives along with the Project lead for designated projects and Organizational Units (OU) at Zeta. Includes end-to-end program management - handling logistics, communication, socialization, driving adoption and impact measurement. The focus will be on owning project execution and delivery, and building strong learner connections, engaging with them to identify and find solutions for their requirements. This role will require collaboration with Business stakeholders, People Partners, and larger People Success team to drive meaningful programs across learning, performance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development:
- Support learning needs analysis through various data insights and discussions with leaders, managers and learners
- Curate and manage learning journeys that address behavioural, technical, and domain areas.
- Drive learning journeys end to end - Contribute to ideation, work with SMEs, sign offs, setting up on LMS, tracking & reporting completion.
- Lead implementation of assigned learning programs specific to OU and centrally for the organization
- Handle the communication and socialization aspects of all initiatives, ensuring effective dissemination of information.
- Continually evaluate learner experience and challenges through regular 1-1s and FGDs with learner cohorts.
- Support the management of OU learning budgets by tracking spends, maintaining records, and helping generate basic insights for reporting.
- Coordinate end-to-end training readiness by preparing learning materials (guides, decks, handouts) and managing logistics, venue setup, attendance, and other delivery essentials.
- Talent Management:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and semester review cycles.
- Partner with the Performance Management and People Partner teams to drive timely completion, communication, and adoption of performance processes.
- Assist in data collation, analysis, and reporting on performance cycle progress and outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of ongoing talent initiatives such as manager capability programs.
- Support the execution of organization-wide talent initiatives, ensuring strong process hygiene and communication.

Experience & Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or related People Success functions
- Qualification - MBA/ Master's in psychology from a reputed institute
- Experience with managing learning/ other talent programs/ processes (from design, delivery, execution, communication, logistics, follow through and closure)
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with data and reporting, eye for detail
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and teams
- Experience with application of L&D/OD concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools
