Youâll receive pre-booked qualified appointments from our outreach team â your only job is to build rapport, present the value, and close . You wonât be cold calling or prospecting â all meetings are set for you. This is a 100% commission-based contractor role designed for confident closers who thrive on performance-based income. The compensation for this role is $500 total commission per full-time VA hire. This is a commission-only role â there is no base salary . Weâre looking for closers who are available to take sales calls when theyâre booked on their calendar (typically during U.S. business hours). About QuickTeam QuickTeam helps U.S. businesses hire HIPAA-compliant Remote Medical Staff and high-quality Virtual Assistants from our managed South African office. We handle recruitment, training, and client success â you just close the deal. Our clients are companies seeking dedicated, long-term remote staff, and we provide the talent, systems, and reliability to make that simple. Responsibilities Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with qualified prospects (appointments are pre-booked for you). Understand client needs and clearly present QuickTeamâs managed staffing solutions. Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding and payment process. Communicate feedback to the sales manager to improve close rates and client experience. Maintain accurate deal tracking in our CRM.
