We are looking for a Site Trainer who is dedicated to both internal and external customers alike. The Site Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of associates across all departments. Working closely with Managers and Supervisors, this role ensures that employees are well-equipped operate within our systems, follow safety standards, and meet quality expectations. This position plays a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that all associates are prepared to achieve production goals, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and contribute to the overall success of the plant. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs covering both technical and soft skills for employees at all levels. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and design targeted learning solutions. Ensure all training programs align with safety standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Maintain and update training materials to reflect current industry trends, company procedures, and operational changes. Manage and track training records and certifications, ensuring full compliance with all required standards. Lead and promote safety training initiatives to minimize workplace incidents and support a culture of safety. Encourage professional growth and continuous learning opportunities for all employees. Collaborate with community workforce development organizations to help ensure a steady stream of candidates are aware of our needs and are developing the skillsets required to be considered for an opportunity within TAT Greensboro. Requirements Preferred: Prior experience as a teacher or educator in a school system. Experience: 2â4 years in training, instructional design, or workforce development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to assess training needs and adapt programs to meet diverse learning requirements. Proficient with training technologies, e-learning platforms, and digital tools for workforce development. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to effectively facilitate training for both technical and non-technical personnel. Capable of communicating effectively at all levels within the organization.
