We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist who will support the Manufacturing inventory and fulfillment teams in controlling day-to-day inventory movements. Responsibilities include efficiently picking and consuming components for customer orders, ordering and receiving component parts, and investigating and resolving stock issues swiftly. The Manufacturing Operations Specialist role has broad responsibilities for ensuring inventory is maintained and tracked throughout its lifecycle withing the factory. Responsibilities: Pick and consume components to fulfill customer orders. Receive inventory in a timely manner including verify deliveries, costs and quantities Collaborate with vendors for accurate stock allocation and shipments. Maintain stock and ensure accurate records within ERP Support cycle counts and larger inventory counts Prepare documents from advanced shipping notices from suppliers for timely material receipts. Check packing lists thoroughly for correctness and quality, maintaining product integrity. Support returns, cancellations, and other reverse logistics workstreams to allow accurate accountability. Handle additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support broader inventory strategy and needs. Proactively and clearly communicate with Manager, team, and other coworkers at R2Net to ensure efficient and professional handling of the workload Base pay $21.00 - $22.00 hourly. Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Computer literacy and comfort Works with high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency Experience with inventory counts and stock reconciliation preferred.
