We are looking for a Product Designer Total compensation ranges from $120,000-$136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $109,000-$120,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. You’d work on both UI library projects and broader product design initiatives. You’d build and maintain scalable, consistent UI components, partner with product and engineering, and contribute to efficiency and quality in our design process. At your core, you’re passionate about creating beautiful, usable products—and you believe great design systems unlock better customer experiences. You’re curious about new technologies and excited to learn from a high-performing, cross-functional team. Your work will directly improve how customers experience data activation and personalization, helping our clients deliver more relevant experiences and unlock incremental revenue. Responsibilities: Design, document, and maintain scalable UI library components that enable product teams to ship high‑quality, on‑brand experiences faster Contribute to end‑to‑end product design for key workflows (e.g., audience orchestration, connections), from problem framing to polished UI Use Figma and related tools to document patterns, best practices, and guidelines Collaborate with product, engineering, and design peers to design experiences that increase activation of key features (e.g., audience creation, connections) and drive measurable improvements in adoption, satisfaction, and efficiency Participate in reviews, iterate on feedback, and advocate for consistency, accessibility, and continuous improvement. Lean in as needed to other areas like corporate governance and regulatory issues Requirements About You: 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally with B2B products Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design systems; Ant Design (AntD) experience is a plus Some understanding of front-end technologies (especially React) to collaborate effectively with engineers Bias for action by using lightweight prototypes, crits, and experiments to learn quickly and reduce ambiguity Leverage AI‑assisted tools (e.g., for design documentation, component generation, or UX copy exploration) to increase design velocity while maintaining quality Solid foundation in visual design, layout, and UI/UX principles Comfortable owning well‑defined problem areas with support, while progressively taking on more ambiguous challenges as you grow Actively seek and provide feedback to Raise the Bar on design quality and craft across the team Benefits About Rokt’stars: As a mission-driven, hyper-growth community of curious explorers, our ambition is to unlock real-time relevancy in ecommerce and beyond.
