Daily management of the team includes tracking and reporting of certain key metrics including appropriate outbound calls and talk time, appointment setting/attendance rates, response rates, lead to enrollment conversion rates, source conversion rates, start rates and staff turnover. You possess a strong attention to detail. As an Enrollment Manager, you are responsible for the management and productivity of all Enrollment Counselors. Compensation ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high-quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $85,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role. What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs. Recognizes and anticipates student needs. Day to Day Responsibilities: In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas: Interviews and hires Enrollment Counselors using approved methods and models. Assists in developing school recruitment methodology and training materials and helps coordinate training and onboarding plans. Conducts ongoing group and one-on-one training as needed to ensure the team develops the critical skills to perform their jobs, including an ever-deepening understanding of advising. Acts as a subject matter expert and provides training as needed. Ensures Enrollment Counselors' calls are monitored at prescribed frequency and scores each using a consistent rubric. Analyzes and acts upon their enrollment teamâs overall performance. Manages team performance in alignment with the Enrollment Counselor Handbook. Provides constructive feedback to staff throughout the year, focused on improving effectiveness, efficiency and professional development of the staff. Performs performance reviews quarterly in accordance with the Collegeâs designated process. Analyzes trends to optimize performance and provides supported coaching and review for improvements. Responsible for departmental goals, adequate forecasting and strategy for goal achievement Acts with integrity and honesty in performing all tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining confidentiality, acting in a diplomatic and respectful/professional manner, and being a good ambassador for the college at all times. Ensures the team is compliant and trained in all regards to all school/company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations, and all accrediting agenciesâ standards and requirements. Adhering to all compliance rules and regulations is critical, as is working toward the best interests of the college and the student. Works cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in enrollment team processes, especially with Admissions, Registration, Student Success and Marketing teams. KPI and employee management. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelorâs degree required (Master's preferred). 3-5 years experience managing a successful enrollment team in a remote environment strongly preferred. At least 5 years outside sales experience. Experience managing a large geographic territory. Available for travel up to 25%. Competent using technologies including; CRM for account management and Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) Experience managing external and internal resources. Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing needs. Must have strong conflict resolution, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
