About This Team and Role
We are currently recruiting a Processing Support Specialist to work remotely in the State of Michigan. Position will require you to have your own mode of transportation, strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will require Frequent trips to the local DMV office to drop off and pick up paperwork. Position will also require you to review and process documents, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle-related violations in a high-volume processing environment.
What You'll Do
- DMV Transactions
- Traveling to the local DMV office
- Stand in the DMV line to drop off and/or pick up paperwork
- Travel to the local FedEx office to ship documents to the Verra Processing offices.
- Ensure accuracy of all paperwork before shipping
- Ability to receive FedEx packages at home address.
- Client Support
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the title and registration process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in understanding relevant regulations, requirements, and documentation necessary for title and registration procedures.
- Title and Registration Support
- Utilize expertise in title and registration processing to accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines in every aspect of the title and registration process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in title and registration services.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens
- Strong attention to detail and quality driven
- The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others
- Able to recognize a problem and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution
- Able to lift up to 20lbs
- Valid State Driver license
- Own vehicle
