Description Job Description : Perform underwriting and financial modeling for acquisitions, developments, and dispositions across the Medical Office, Seniors Housing, Student Housing, and Multifamily sectors. Perform modeling of investments including discounted cash flows, monthly operating projections, joint venture structures and waterfalls, multi-layer financing, sensitivity analyses, and modification of existing models to accommodate unique deal-by-deal requirements. Research market data and other resources to support underwriting assumptions. Prepare Investment Committee Memoranda. Manage due diligence process, including third party reports, market studies, site visits, etc. Coordinate and facilitate the effective closing of a transaction by communicating with partners, maintaining internal checklists, tracking outstanding issues, and assisting other internal departments (including legal, capital markets, and construction). Support verticals with refinancing, disposition, and recapitalization efforts. Engage, with support of Directors/Managing Directors, with broker community to understand climate of specific verticals & track sales data. Compile, analyze, and develop an interpretation on the status of real estate markets across the country, which includes a detailed analysis of competitive properties, sales valuations, supply and demand fundamentals, and demographics. Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new team members by leading training on internal systems, firm policies, underwriting tools, and sector-specific strategies to ensure a seamless transition and consistent team standards. Evaluate asset performance by interpreting leasing data, financial statements, and market trends to inform hold-sell analyses and strategic asset-level recommendations. Drive the end-to-end management of due diligence processes by leading cross-functional coordination with internal departments and external parties, ensuring timely execution and resolution of critical path items. Champion operational enhancements by designing and implementing process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, and elevate team efficiency throughout the investment lifecycle. Oversee the development and standardization of investment templates, including screeners and approval memorandums and financial models, to ensure consistency, clarity, and analytical rigor across all investment materials. Requirements Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field Two (2) years of experience as an International Tax Services Senior Associate, Associate, or a related occupation Experience/knowledge must include the following: Related financial experience with exceptional analysis skills and strong understanding of financial concepts High Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office programs Experience/knowledge with Argus and third-party research database and software Job site : 1 Town Center Road, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33486 Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $155,000/year Apply for this job
