Summary
The Manager, Stations Standards oversees the development and upkeep of operational standards and procedures across all Station Operations functions. This role ensures our processes are compliant, consistent, and aligned with regulatory and industry requirements. The Manager leads a team of Standards Specialists and works closely with partners across the business to support change, improve operations, and provide stations with clear, accurate, and timely procedural guidance.

Ground Security Coordinator
Years of Experience:
· Minimum three (3) years of experience in Ground Operations.
· Minimum three (3) years of experience in Customer Processing.
· Minimum three (3) years of management experience.

Valid/Unexpired Driver's License No
· Knowledge of DOT, FAA, TSA, ACAA, and applicable international regulations.
· Ability to obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) qualification.
· Strong technical writing, documentation, and process analysis skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to travel up to 40% and work flexible schedules as needed.
Preferred Requirements
Job Duties
· Develop, update, and maintain standardized procedures for all Station Operations functions, including Customer Processing, Ramp/Ground Operations, Aircraft Cleaning, Deicing, Fueling, and International Operations.
·Serve as the primary content owner for the Station Operations Manual (SOM), Carry On Bag (COB) Manual, Exit Row Seating (ERS) Manual, and related documents.
·Ensure all procedures align with FAA, DOT, TSA, ACAA, IOSA/IATA, and internal requirements.
·Review operational processes and recommend updates to improve clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
·Maintain version control and coordinate document publishing with Technical Publications.
·Ensure all documentation aligns with federal regulatory agencies (FAA, DOT, TSA, ACAA) and IOSA/IATA standards.
·Review regulatory changes, audit findings, safety recommendations and operational trends to determine required procedural updates.
·Participate in Safety Risk Management (SRM) activities by assessing procedural impacts, drafting mitigations, and updating standards based on identified hazards.
·Provide procedural support and clarification to stations and leaders to ensure consistent application across the network.
·Support compliance readiness for internal and external audits through accurate, up-to-date documentation.
·Partner with Safety, Security, Operations, Stations Training and other teams to ensure alignment across policies, procedures, and training materials.
· Assess operational impacts of new initiatives and ensure required procedural updates are identified and completed.
· Communicate procedural changes and expectations to stations in a timely and effective manner.
· Participate in cross-functional projects, providing procedural expertise and recommendations.
· Lead and support a team of Standards Specialists responsible for documenting and maintaining operational standards.
· Provide clear direction, coaching, and development to team members to ensure high-quality work and consistent application of procedures.
· Build strong relationships with station leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
· Provide guidance that supports safe, consistent, and efficient station operations.
· Support a culture of continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused service.
· Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities as appropriate.
· Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
· Other duties as assigned.

Airport Agent - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb and use hands and fingers to operate various types of tools and equipment (i.e. hand trucks, carts, ramps, tugs, etc.). Are required to lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. and to push and/or pull up to 300 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to heights, small spaces, extreme noise (i.e. airport with planes, vehicles, and other machinery), temperature, wind, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to crawl in and out of small spaces for extended periods of time. Ability to wear personal protective gear. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
