The Role

Own full-cycle recruiting for all technical roles (engineering, product, data, infrastructure) and select corporate positions (finance, legal). Source, screen, coordinate, close, and ensure every hire raises the bar. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting to the Director of People and Culture.

What You’ll Do

    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
    • Build and execute sourcing strategies: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, team member referrals, events as applicable, AI, and direct outreach.
    • Run end-to-end interview processes: initial screens, debriefs, offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding handoff.
    • Maintain a relentless candidate experience—fast response times, transparent communication, thoughtful rejection.
    • Track pipeline metrics in ATS (we use Lever), surface bottlenecks, and iterate process weekly.
    • Participate in ATS conversion early next year.
    • Host regular hiring manager syncs to align on priorities and calibrate on quality and speed of impact.
    • Support employer branding initiatives.
    • Maintain consistent funnel data movement and visibility across all teams, and quality of hire metric assistance.

What You Bring

    • 3–5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company or top-tier agency.
    • Proven ability to close passive candidates with strong professional experience (backend, frontend, ML, infra).
    • Fluency in technical concepts sufficient to evaluate resumes and conduct meaningful screens.
    • Data-driven: you live in spreadsheets, funnel metrics, and conversion rates.
    • Exceptional written/verbal communication; you write offer letters that candidates screenshot.
    • Comfortable onsite in Provo, UT during core hours (roughly 8–5 MT); no remote option.

Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience recruiting in fintech, SaaS, or media technology.
    • Familiarity with Utah’s tech ecosystem (Silicon Slopes).
    • Light employer-brand content creation (blog posts, LinkedIn carousels), in conjunction with creative team oversight.
$62,000 - $89,000 a year
