As a Tax Senior you will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of individual, estate and fiduciary tax returns for US and non-US residents. Mostly servicing entrepreneurs and co-founders of our corporate clients with net worth over $10M. Preparation and review of more complex tax returns including international forms such as 5471, 8865, 8858, 114. Reviewing and providing timely feedback on tax returns prepared by Junior Staff. Supporting Junior Team’s collaborators and provide trainings as needed. Participation in tax planning and consultation process for clients through close collaborations with tax lawyers and wealth management firms. Requirements If you have: Education: At least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, a related field or working towards completion. Entry-Level Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in preparing and reviewing international tax returns. Technical skills: Mastery of international tax compliance software and proficiency in using accounting and tax software, as well as data analysis tools. Proficiency in international tax compliance, including the ability to prepare and review complex international tax returns. Develop the ability to identify and address complex international tax issues and propose practical solutions. Soft Skills: An appeal to work in autonomy but with taste for team' spirit. Effective communication skills to articulate complex international tax concepts clearly to clients and colleagues. Collaborate with colleagues from various departments within the organization to provide holistic solutions to clients. Uphold high ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality. Working towards CPA or an equivalent international tax certification is a plus. A work authorization in the US. French language is a plus.
