About the Sleep Medicine Program At Atria, we are reimagining what sleep care can and should be. Traditional, fragmented models of sleep medicineâanchored in single-night studiesâare no longer sufficient. Our Sleep Medicine Program integrates clinical excellence with continuous data acquisition and cutting-edge technology to deliver a high-touch, member-first experience. We are pioneering the use of continuous sleep tracking and wearable technologies to capture real-world sleep patterns, allowing for precise, longitudinal insights that surpass conventional one-night testing. This foundation supports our development of a comprehensive medical informatics platformâinitially focused on sleep and expanding to incorporate cardiometabolic, neurologic, and behavioral health data for holistic performance optimization. About The Role Atria Institute seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a passion for proactive, holistic, and precision-based medicine to join our Sleep Medicine team. The Advanced Medical Provider (APP) will collaborate with physicians, behavioral sleep specialists, dentists, and other experts to deliver comprehensive care aligned with Atriaâs mission to redefine preventive health. The ideal candidate is innovative, compassionate, and eager to shape the future of sleep medicine through clinical excellence and data-driven insight. Conduct comprehensive sleep evaluations, including detailed medical histories and assessments focused on sleep quality, disorders, and contributing factors Collaborate with the Sleep Medicine Director, pulmonologists, behavioral health specialists, and other providers to create integrated, multidisciplinary care plans Interpret data from wearable and home-based sleep monitoring technologies to inform clinical decision-making. Provide patient education and ongoing support to enhance adherence to sleep improvement plans and treatment modalities (e.g., CPAP, oral appliances, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal results Participate in program development, research initiatives, and innovation projects that further Atriaâs mission in precision sleep medicine Ensure high-quality documentation and seamless communication across all care teams Compensation: $170,000 - $190,000, based on years of experience Requirements Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Current NYS licensure and board certification. Minimum 2â3 years of clinical experience; prior experience in sleep medicine, pulmonary medicine, or integrative health strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, technology-driven clinical environment. Passion for preventative and precision medicine, data-driven care, and member experience.
