Description The Operations Specialist will leverage advanced technical skills to optimize internal processes and deliver innovative solutions within the Operations Department. This role combines programming expertise with AI and machine learning knowledge to enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making. Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain programming solutions to improve operational processes. Apply AI and Machine Learning concepts to solve business challenges such as process automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver robust, scalable software solutions. Maintain and update existing operational systems, tools, and software to ensure reliability and efficiency. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for technical improvements. Document solutions, processes, and technical procedures to support team knowledge sharing. Requirements Proven programming skills with experience in developing technical solutions. Experience or strong knowledge in AI and Machine Learning concepts and applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus: Experience or knowledge of the commercial solar industry is a significant advantage. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam .
