Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description About the Role We’re seeking an Interim Logistics Coordinator with strong proficiency in NetSuite to coordinate our shipping operations. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the information flow and documentation for the shipping department. The essential daily function is to ensure OSEA’s shipping documents and estimates are processed with accuracy, on time, and in full compliance with all vendor and regulatory requirements, including all product and shipping container labeling/marking requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to verify and maintain records for all inbound & outbound shipments with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role covering a 4-month leave, running approximately from mid-December 2025 through mid-May 2026. There is a possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate following this period. Key Responsibilities Process shipping documents according to procedures and specified shipping terms. Plan and coordinate domestic & international logistics activities, such as arranging transportation, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and optimizing shipping routes, to meet delivery timelines and cost targets. Manage all procedures for the proper handling of all inventoried items including the proper documentation / transaction of all stock movements to/from Third Party Storage Provider & outsourced locations. Schedule appointments and process different types of shipments for (FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL, DHL, UPS and FedEx pickups). Schedule dock time appointments Manage changes or cancellations to deliver orders efficiently. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of shipping carriers and recommend changes as necessary. Compile shipping-related data, generating reports and analyzing shipping metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization. Oversee international transportation shipment level data to allow for visibility, including updating ETD’s and ETA’s, customs information, and drayage coordination. Assist in performing ISF filing and other customs documentation filing. Prepare documents, such as bills of lading, shipping labels, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other documentation required to accurately route shipments. Requirements Strong proficiency in Oracle NetSuite (must have experience) Proficient in inventory movement (Netsuite transfer orders) Celigo experience a plus Exceptional communication and organization skills and attention to detail Ability to work PST hours Strong knowledge of shipping documents, customs, and international trade compliance Strong knowledge of tariffs Strong knowledge of monthly budgeting Strong experience with managing a third party component warehouse Experience with shipping to outsourced vendor and routing guides Excellent multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in field of logistics Prior experience in the cosmetics, food, or nutraceutical industries strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain. Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 per year. The actual salary offer will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
