About the role As a Senior Account Executive in Emerging Markets at Perry Weather, you will drive growth by helping customers understand their weather exposure and adopt tools that improve safety, readiness, and operational continuity. You will work closely with GTM, product, and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities, strengthen discovery, and help shape products that deliver real impact across airports, stadiums, manufacturing facilities, and other high-stakes environments. What you will do : Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Marketing support will be strong (accounts for 50%+ of new business). Develop strategic account plans that focus on high-risk, high-value facilities where weather events disrupt operations or increase liability. Visit facilities often to build rapport with operations leaders, safety teams, and decision makers responsible for readiness and continuity. Build strong relationships with regional and national leaders across key verticals. Manage a pipeline of new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts. Represent Perry Weather at industry events, conferences, and association meetings. Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and with product teams to bring field insights into roadmap decisions. Requirements You may be a good fit if you have : 3+ years of experience selling into complex operational environments such as airports, manufacturing, logistics, sports, higher education, or public sector A track record of winning net new business with multi-stakeholder, operationally focused buyers Experience working with safety, operations, or emergency management teams Strong account planning, pipeline management, and deal strategy skills High personal accountability and confidence leading conversations with senior-level decision makers Benefits Casual work environment.
