Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation in key recruiting markets, and helping position the organization as an employer of choice through world-class hiring practices. This role provides support, guidance, and strategic insight to ensure all talent acquisition activities align with the company's goals, values, and long-term people strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute the full talent acquisition process—from sourcing through to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Review, analyze, and prepare job descriptions, competency requirements, and occupational standards; create summaries for job advertisements and candidate sourcing.
  • Identify and source candidates for special projects, vacancies, and short-term assignments.
  • Monitor market trends and innovations impacting talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Manage the candidate experience, including skills evaluation, reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiations, offer process, and offer letter preparation.
  • Ensure hiring managers are prepared for interviews and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions, job specifications, and organizational charts.
  • Execute talent management processes aligned with company goals, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring.
  • Support additional Talent Management initiatives as needed

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong tact and diplomacy
  • Proficiency with recruitment information systems/applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience with current recruiting policies, practices, and market trends
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a talent acquisition function, with broad exposure and demonstrated competence across key HR disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social/Behavioral Sciences, or a related field is desired
