Description Join Quantis US as a Senior HR Specialist and help shape a positive, inclusive employee experience that empowers our teams to drive meaningful environmental impact. THE ROLE Youâll support our people-centered culture by leading key HR functions across our team of sustainability consultants and support staff (45+ employees). Working within the US Talent & Operations team, youâll ensure employees are set up for success and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Your key responsibilities will be as follows: Talent, Learning & Development Support and coordinate implementation of global and branch-level talent initiatives (performance management, learning & development, diversity, inclusion & wellbeing...) Ensure individual training needs are identified and provide support to teams to meet their development goals Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes Lead/support ad-hoc projects ensuring deliverables are completed with quality and in a timely manner HR Administration & Systems Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in our HRIS (Workday) Lead payroll and benefits administration, including end-to-end payroll processing, benefits management, and employee support, coordinating open enrollment each year (staging materials, managing communications, and guiding employees through plan options and elections) Manage employee records, ensure timely completion of HR documents and compliance requirements Administer and track employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations Onboarding & Offboarding Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding, ensuring a positive and structured new hire experience Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes Employee Relationships & Culture Build trust-based relationships with employees at all levels, offering guidance and support. Promote transparent internal communication and foster engagement and inclusion. Collaborate on wellbeing initiatives, supporting a thriving workplace culture. Recruitment In collaboration with the Global Talent team, lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, sourcing, interview logistics, and coordination with hiring teams Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team. Office & Change Management Partner with local leadership to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming office environment, and support change management and transformation projects. Lead and participate in ad-hoc HR or cross-functional initiatives. Youâre a curious and motivated HR/talent professional eager to put your skills to work toward our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries. You bring 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in professional services or consulting , and have worked across various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, engagement, compensation, and inclusion. Youâre skilled at building trust-based relationships across all levels and handling information with discretion. You thrive in a collaborative, multicultural team , and can navigate fast-paced, international environments. You are autonomous, have a strong sense of service, and bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset. You have a passion for people development , strong listening and communication skills, and a keen balance between attention to detail and strategic thinking. You hold a BA degree (an MA or HR certification such as SHRM/HRCI is a plus) and are fluent in English . SOME OTHER DETAILS TO CONSIDER Contract: Permanent Location: Boston, MA (hybrid working scheme) Optimal start date: As soon as possible US work authorization required Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches (France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany) via web-conference The compensation target for this role ranges from $95Kâ$105K (annual gross base salary).
