As a fast-growing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers’ lives easier with Braze. Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work. We’re all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world’s most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze. About This Role We’re scaling fast and our Delivery (consulting) team is at the center of it. As PMO Lead, you’ll design the operational infrastructure that powers margin, quality, and consistency across a growing portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, you’ll build systems that turn excellent delivery into scalable excellence. You’ll be architecting portfolio health tools, delivery methodologies, and operational frameworks that flex with high growth and evolving client needs. You’ll partner closely with Delivery leaders, CoE experts, and executives to build what the business needs before it needs it. What makes this role unique? You’ll be building from strength, meaning you’ll build infrastructure that turns excellent delivery into systemic excellence. Every week, you’ll collaborate closely with executives at Stitch, including our VP of Professional Services and COO, to work on initiatives that will make a big impact on metrics that determine our company’s trajectory. In this role, speed matters more than perfection. You’ll ship frameworks in your first 90 days while learning the organization. What You’ll Do Architect portfolio health systems: Design and implement monitoring across 30+ concurrent engagements. Build early warning systems for forecast accuracy, margin protection, and resource optimization. Build consulting methodologies that scale: Create frameworks and protocols that make consultants better at their jobs. Design for adoption and iteration, not documentation that sits on shelves. Drive operational excellence: Partner with Delivery directors to identify margin challenges, scope issues, and resource allocation problems before they escalate. Develop capability systems: Design knowledge management and process frameworks that capture institutional knowledge and accelerate leader development. Enable CoE integration: Coordinate with Role and Practice CoE leads to ensure standards implementation and quality consistency across engagements. Early coaching: Help coach project leads through at-risk accounts when it comes to time, scope, and budget Onboarding of project leaders: Work along-side the L&D and Talent Acquisition teams to help develop onboarding and training material for project leaders and directors as it relates to managing time, scope, and budget. AI native infrastructure: Partner with the CTO and help to ensure that the delivery methodology is infused with AI-native operation tools and AI first methodologies What Does Success Look Like In This Role? You ramp quickly. Within 90 days, you’ve learned the landscape, launched key practices, and started driving measurable improvements. You improve forecast accuracy across the portfolio, making projections sharper and more consistent quarter over quarter. You flag at-risk projects early and help account teams resolve issues before they escalate. You build playbooks and processes that field teams adopt and rely on. You drive measurable improvements in client satisfaction through targeted action. You strengthen margin protection by helping teams address financial signals proactively. You help Business Strategists (PMs) and Directors build operational muscle, while aligning CoE standards with real-world application. Your systems become essential infrastructure, not optional extras. You lead through influence. Although they don’t report to you, Delivery Directors and CoE experts trust your perspective and adopt your systems because they work. Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, both presently and in the future Requirements 10+ years of PMO experience in high-growth tech companies, including at least 7 years in a professional services environment. 8+ years in PMO leadership. You've built PMO infrastructure from scratch, helping to scale organizations. Deep financial fluency. Margin, utilization, forecast accuracy, and delivery economics are your native language. Builder mentality with systems thinking. You see patterns across engagements and design solutions that scale. You're comfortable working through influence without direct authority. Experience with AI tools and automation tools is a plus Track record of being a change agent. You have been a part of rolling out change management and communication at different inflection points throughout the different stages of a company's growth Is This Role Right for You?
