Description Therapist Supervisor Position: Elizabeth, Full-Time Location: New Jersey Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: Join our organization as a Therapist Supervisor and bring your clinical expertise to a leadership role that impacts both teams and clients. You’ll oversee supervision, ensure quality treatment delivery, and foster a culture of accountability and growth within your department. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of licensed and associate clinicians. Conduct regular case reviews and compliance checks. Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals. Collaborate with directors on strategic clinical initiatives. Ensure ethical and evidence-based standards are consistently upheld. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
