Description Licensed Mental Health Counselor Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide telehealth services to clients across Washington. Your day will revolve around scheduled video sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing support for clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform. Complete intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk screenings. Develop and update treatment plans with clear, measurable goals. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other professionals when needed. Take part in virtual team meetings, consultations, and trainings. Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent. 1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services. Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus). Benefits Annual salary range: $115,000–$120,000.
