Description The Post-Sentencing Guidelines Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the application and implementation of post-sentencing guidelines within the County of Blair. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including the court system, probation officers, and community organizations, to enhance compliance with sentencing protocols and ensure effective rehabilitation of offenders. The Coordinator will conduct regular evaluations of cases, provide technical assistance and training on post-sentencing guidelines, and develop reports that detail program outcomes and areas for improvement. Additionally, the Coordinator will facilitate communication between involved parties, track adherence to guidelines, and advocate for best practices in post-sentencing procedures. This position requires a strong commitment to justice and community safety, coupled with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations. Requirements Applicants must hold an associate degree in relevant subject required. Some experience working in a legal or court system office with JNET and Pennsylvania sentencing guidelines preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
