You will sit at the intersection of clients and markets, supporting day-to-day sales trading activity. You’ll help prepare market color, coordinate RFQs, ensure flawless post-trade follow‑through, and contribute to client materials and trading analytics. The internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to institutional crypto markets, client workflows, and the operational discipline required to run them. You will be tasked with other longer term projects including market analysis and research as well as internal initiatives throughout the program. Role Participate in rotations within both Sales and Trading teams. Develop new projects primarily for the OTC desk, related to the Sales and Trading departments. Accompany the team in their daily routine. Requirements Background and experience University degree or Master, preferably in Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Finance or Economics Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of Python and other coding languages a plus but not required Familiarity with crypto markets and trading concepts; exposure to OTC/brokerage or sales‑trading (internships, projects, clubs).
