Location: Houston, TX Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman/Painter to join our team in maintaining high-end custom homes throughout the Houston area. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and consistently delivers professional, detail-oriented results. Responsibilities Perform general home repairs, including drywall patching, caulking, hardware replacement, and minor carpentry. Complete light to moderate interior and exterior painting projects. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries. Perform annual home care services such as pressure washing, window cleaning, and minor seasonal projects. Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and represent the company with professionalism and respect. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience . Proven skill in home repair and painting with strong attention to finish quality. Professional appearance , strong communication, and customer service skills. Must pass a drug screening and FBI background check . Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
