Pay Rate: $21/hour Employment Type: Part-time Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay Period: Sunday through Saturday Pay Day: Every Thursday Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meals served to patients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning. Assist in inventory management and ensure food items are stored properly. Adhere to all food safety regulations and dietary restrictions. Collaborate with dietary staff to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and nursing personnel regarding patient dietary needs. #IND5 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cooking experience, particularly in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks and lift food items as needed.
