Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in California Our organization is focused on fostering wellness within the communities we serve. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth client assessments and evaluations. Apply effective behavioral intervention strategies. Deliver individual and group counseling sessions. Equip families with tools and support to foster growth. Use evidence-based methods to address diverse client needs. Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work or related field. Active LCSW license in California. At least three years of clinical experience. Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant software. Experience managing electronic health records.
