Description Pediatrician Director Location: Berkeley, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $300,000–$310,000 annually Overview: We are seeking a Pediatrician Director to lead a pediatric department serving a diverse, largely underserved community. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role combines clinical leadership, staff management, and strategic planning to ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive pediatric care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support pediatric providers and clinical staff Set clinical standards, workflows, and quality improvement goals Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice guidelines Use data and health statistics to guide decision-making and outcomes Build strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners Requirements Valid California medical license; no disciplinary history Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds Current DEA and BLS certifications 7+ years of ambulatory pediatric experience with leadership responsibilities Experience in community-based or FQHC settings and working with the Black community Submit your CV today.
