New Home Star, in partnership with Maronda Homes, is seeking a dynamic Build On Your Lot Sales Agent to join our Orlando Division. This position is dedicated exclusively to our Scattered Lot Program , serving buyers who wish to build their dream home on their own land or on one of our available scattered homesites throughout Volusia County. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives outside the traditional model setting, can manage a large geographical territory, and enjoys helping customers navigate the unique process of building on their lot (or ours). Youâll act as the bridge between homebuyers, our construction and operations team, and local real estate professionals to ensure a smooth, transparent, and exciting experience from homesite selection to contract. ðWhy New Home Star? Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. ð¼ What Youâll Do Lead Management & Prospecting: Generate and manage leads from a variety of sources, including online inquiries, realtor relationships, local marketing campaigns, and community partnerships. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth buyer consultations to determine budget, location preferences, and build feasibility; present floor plans and options that align with the customerâs needs. Lot Evaluation Support: Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate land conditions, feasibility requirements, and associated site costs to ensure customers understand the full build process. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-up processes, and traffic reports for all prospects and contracts within your assigned territory. Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with local real estate agents, land developers, and mortgage partners to generate consistent referral business. Marketing & Outreach: Assist with the execution of targeted marketing initiatives, open houses, and community events that promote the âBuild On Your Lotâ program. Customer Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for buyers throughout their journeyâdelivering a seamless, personalized experience from first contact through contract signing. ð¯ What Weâre Looking For Availability: Must work onsite, weekends required. Experience: Proven success in new home sales , real estate , or land/home package sales is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability. Effective negotation and organization skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus. Education/License: Bachelor's preferred; a Florida real estate license is required . Other: Reliable transportation, valid driverâs license, and liability insurance on your vehicle. Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently. ð° What Youâll Earn Begin with a guaranteed salary during your training and ramp-up period (up to 5 months), then transition to our performance-based plan with uncapped commissions once youâre sales-floor ready.
