Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk will primarily be responsible for purchasing order, data entry, and assisting in the overall accounting function. Position Details: Location: Northbrook, IL Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site. Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general accounting tasks, including purchase order reconciliation and other ad hoc projects Handle accounts payable tasks: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing Code documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes Carry out additional related duties and help with special projects on an as-needed basis Additional duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Related Role.
