As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first person clients, vendors, and team members interact with, setting the stage for a positive, welcoming experience. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain a smooth and professional office environment while representing the heart of our brand. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, answering, screening, and directing them to the right person. Greet visitors and clients with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with maintaining an organized calendar. Provide support with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Requirements What We’re Looking For: A friendly, outgoing professional who loves helping others and providing exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to maintain a neat, organized, and efficient office environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people. A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Comfortable using computer systems and adaptable to new software or tools. Ability to multitask while keeping a friendly, calm demeanor under pressure.
