We are looking for a savvy, passionate Integrated Marketing Manager who is excited about clean beauty, sustainability, and the art of storytelling across channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for creating holistic, 360° marketing campaigns that connect brand, product, and retail moments seamlessly. This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work in-office at least one day per week at our Venice, California headquarters. Key Responsibilities In close collaboration with the VP of Marketing, build and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns that align brand and product campaigns creative with commercial calendars and deliver against key business goals. Own the omnichannel marketing calendar, syncing campaigns, promotions, and retail activations across all channels including DTC and retail. Partner closely with Sales and E-Commerce to harmonize messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies for cohesive consumer experiences. Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment across Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent campaign storytelling across paid, owned, and earned media. Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Manage timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental communication to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. This job description is a summary of duties. Requirements 6+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or CPG. Proven experience building omnichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion. Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills. Deep understanding of the intersection between creative storytelling and commercial strategy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 per year. The actual salary offer will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
