About the Role
As a SDR at Inspiren, you’ll play a key role in building the pipeline that powers our next stage of growth. You’ll connect with senior living operators and decision-makers — people actively looking for better ways to run their communities — and help them see how Inspiren can make that possible.

What You Will Do
- Lead with speed and precision. Respond to inbound leads from the website, webinars, content downloads, and events—prioritizing timely, relevant outreach that drives qualified meetings and early-stage pipeline.
- Drive targeted outbound programs. Prospect into enterprise and mid-market accounts using a strategic mix of email, phone, and LinkedIn—tailoring outreach by industry, role, and business need.
- Support strategic account development. Partner with AEs to research high-priority accounts, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate personalized, multi-threaded outreach efforts.
- Convert campaign interest into pipeline. Execute timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads, ensuring every opportunity is captured and advanced through the funnel.
- Maximize event impact. Manage pre-event prospecting to secure meetings and post-event follow-up to convert interest into meaningful sales conversations.
- Maintain CRM excellence. Ensure accurate and detailed tracking of all outreach activity, lead progression, and handoffs
- Close the feedback loop. Share insights from the field with Sales and Marketing to improve ICP clarity, optimize outreach strategies, and strengthen campaign performance.
- Travel up to 2x a month to represent Inspiren onsite at industry events
About You
- 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or early-career sales role in a high-growth B2B environment. Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or HealthTech is a strong plus
- Proficiency across HubSpot (SalesHub) and Salesforce
- Skilled at outbound prospecting and able to tailor communication across multiple channels to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Familiar with account-based sales and marketing tactics. You understand how to connect the dots across buying groups, signals, and messaging to drive engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas into crisp, relevant messaging that moves the needle. .
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable. You bring structure to your day and consistency to your outreach.
- Comfortable using modern sales tools across CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and conversational intelligence platforms.
- A modern operator who uses AI and automation to prioritize smart work over busywork — efficient, resourceful, and always optimizing to maximize results.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments. You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by solving problems on the fly.

- The annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 + $30,000-$40,000 variable + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
- Location: Remote - US
