    • Job Description:
    • We are looking for a highly skilled Lead-level Data Visualization & Reporting Specialist with deep expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL proficiency, excellent experience in data modeling, and the ability to lead end-to-end dashboard/report development initiatives.

    • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and optimization of interactive dashboards and analytical reports.

    • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

    • Perform advanced SQL queries, data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.

    • Build and manage efficient data models and semantic layers for analytics.

    • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices in reporting.

    • Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence in BI projects.

    • Required Skills:

    • Expertise in Tableau / Power BI / Cognos (at least one primary tool is mandatory).

    • Strong experience with SQL for complex data querying and performance optimization.

    • Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling).

    • Proven experience working in lead or senior-level roles, handling client interactions and solution design.

    • Good understanding of ETL workflows and data warehousing concepts.
