We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Sales & Client Representative to join our growing team! As a Sales & Client Representative , you’ll play a crucial role in building relationships with customers and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions. Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and drive sales. Accurately processing customer orders and providing exceptional follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience and sales strategies. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while handling challenges that arise. Requirements 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Previous call center experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn! Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success. Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage data efficiently. You are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues. A vibrant personality coupled with high energy and enthusiasm is what we’re looking for! Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
