They are scaling from 7 locations today to 20-30 within approximately 2 years and need a strategic operations leader to drive performance across a regional portfolio of facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a data-driven, finance-minded operator to professionalize operations, implement best practices, and directly impact profitability across multiple sites. You'll have the autonomy to lead a "mini-portfolio" while being part of an expanding organization with significant growth potential. The Role As Regional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for 4-6 facilities within your designated region. You'll oversee approximately 20 employees (each location has a manager and 4-5 staff) and be accountable for maximizing NOI, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing site teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring revenue/expenses, and maximizing profitability at each facility Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all locations Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and property conditions Lead, train, and develop facility managers and support staff Oversee maintenance, safety compliance, and risk management protocols Ensure accurate and timely operational reporting to senior leadership Identify and execute profit-improvement initiatives Maintain high standards of customer service and community engagement Requirements Essential: Senior multi-site operations experience in hotels, multi-family/commercial property management, restaurants, or similar hospitality/service environments Data-driven mindset with strong focus on financial metrics, NOI optimization, and profitability Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop managers and teams across multiple locations Experience with operational reporting, data analysis, and budget management Basic accounting skills and proficiency in Excel Track record of implementing SOPs, risk management practices, and compliance standards Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel quarterly (approximately 10 days) to oversee regional facilities Based in or willing to relocate to Coral Gables, FL area Preferred: Background in regional/district management roles within hotels, multi-family property operations, or restaurant groups Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments Demonstrated success in scaling operations or turnaround situations Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary Healthcare benefits reimbursement Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote, based in Coral Gables, FL office Why This Role?
