At ATS Institute of Technology, weâre looking for a dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Representative (Evening Hours) to be the welcoming and professional presence at our campus. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that students, faculty, and visitors receive timely, accurate, and courteous support. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and contributing to a mission-driven higher education community. Evening Shift: 3:30pm - 9:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 8:00am - 5pm (Saturday) Your Role: As the Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors during evening hours. Youâll greet and assist guests, answer inquiries, manage clerical tasks, and support campus operations with professionalism and efficiency. From keeping the front desk area inviting to assisting with scheduling and providing basic technology support, your role ensures every interaction reflects the high standards and friendly culture of ATS. Key responsibilities: Welcome & Assist: Greet students, faculty, and visitors with professionalism; direct questions to the appropriate department. Clerical & Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and documentation to support smooth campus operations. Basic Tech Support: Provide assistance with computers, printers, and copiers; coordinate service calls when needed. Campus Presence: Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the front desk and student lounge areas. Student & Faculty Support: Assist with daily needs and ensure excellent customer service throughout your shift. Flexibility & Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned to support campus activities and evening operations. Requirements Listening Skills: Ability to absorb instructions, communicate clearly, and follow through effectively. People Skills: Warm, professional demeanor with the ability to engage positively with students, staff, and visitors. Organizational Strength: Strong multitasking and time management skills with a proactive approach to daily tasks. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software for scheduling, documentation, and communication. Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and polished in both communication and appearance.
