Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist in managing small projects: Revenue quota – $1,000,000 minimum, Gross Profit quota – $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal.
- Assist project managers for selected accounts.
- Ensure quality service.
- Manage costs and revenue.
- Maintain project scheduling, reporting, and timely billing.
- Secondary focal point for all customer relationship issues.
- Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations: Scope of work or SLAs, Equipment, Professional services, and reporting & billing process.
- Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations.
- Effectively assist in recognizing issues with the delivery and performance.
- Ability to complete projects within budget.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
- Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- College education or degree highly desirable.
- Project coordinator skills.
- Highly proficient with the use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Full-time – 40 hours per week
- Available during normal business hours 8 am – 5 pm
- Office is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ
$28 - $30 an hour
