Description The RevOps Data and Integrations Administrator is a senior individual contributor who owns the data quality, integrations, and automation fabric that powers our revenue engine. You will ensure our TAM and Prospecting Database is accurate, complete, and activation-ready so Program Managers and our Demand Generation Strategist can run automated, personalized campaigns at scale. This role blends Salesforce administration, workflow automation, data hygiene, and cross-system integration to keep campaigns, routing, and reporting running smoothly across Small Market and Corporate segments. What you will do Own and continuously refine the TAM and Prospecting Database by consolidating and refreshing prospectable accounts and contacts from ThoughtSpot, 6sense, HubSpot, FMCSA and other external listening channels that support Program Managers and Demand Generation. Administer Salesforce with a focus on object and field governance, Flow hygiene, permissioning, security, performance, release management, and documentation. Manage and optimize integrations across D365, Ordway, Drift, 6sense, HubSpot, and adjacent systems to ensure reliable, low-latency data syncs. Enforce data quality standards including dedupe and merge policies, validation rules, required-field coverage, and upstream data protection. Create observable pipelines through dashboards, logs, and notifications that allow rapid diagnosis and faster recovery during incidents. Partner closely with Program Managers and the Demand Generation Strategist to turn TAM deltas into actionable audiences, offers, and micro-campaigns. Publish weekly change logs and segment updates that keep marketing programs current, clean, and aligned. Who you are You have 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with strong proficiency in Flows and familiarity with Apex concepts at an admin level.
