Description As the CogAT & Iowa Product Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of Riverside Insights’ CogAT and Iowa Assessments product lines. You’ll champion customer needs, define product vision, and drive growth initiatives that expand market reach and enhance user satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of two flagship assessment products by aligning cross-functional teams around a shared mission of innovation and impact. In this role you will get to: Lead quarterly business reviews and communicate key performance metrics (usage, adoption, revenue, retention) to internal stakeholders. Develop and execute data-informed product growth initiatives based on customer and market insights. Define and maintain a 2-year roadmap for Next Gen CogAT, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope. Translate customer needs into clear, validated business requirements for features such as scoring, reporting, UX/UI, and directions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution of growth plays and roadmap priorities. Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market plans for major feature releases, including messaging, enablement assets, and success metrics. Monitor delivery progress and ensure milestones translate into measurable customer and business value. Requirements 3-5 years of product management experience Experience in education with a deep understanding of the education market Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect customer insights, market trends, and business objectives to identify growth opportunities. Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and measure success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience partnering with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CX to drive aligned execution. Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into product strategy and requirements. Execution Through Influence: Ability to lead initiatives and drive results across teams without formal authority. Communication Clarity: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business and technical needs. Commercial Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and revenue levers to shape impactful GTM strategies. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
