Description Ridge Rider Campground , a premier destination campground and RV park nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Western Maryland, is seeking a friendly, team-oriented Full-Time Seasonal Groundskeeping & Landscaping Team Member to join our crew! This position will start beginning of April and run through end of October. As stewards of a scenic outdoor environment, we take pride in maintaining clean, healthy, and welcoming grounds for our guests. In this role, you will be a key part of shaping the look, feel, and safety of our property. Primary Responsibilities: Perform seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and maintaining natural areas. Assist with general upkeep of the campground’s facilities, ensuring clean and safe common spaces. Conduct routine inspections of grounds and infrastructure to identify and address hazards or repair needs. Operate small engine equipment, tractors, and lawn/grounds maintenance machinery confidently and safely. Support basic maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and RV site utility systems as needed. Knowledge of campground and RV maintenance and repair is required. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
