Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description About the Role: Weâre growing our Sales team and are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join us. In this role, youâll focus on expanding our footprint across the world's leading in-house legal teams by introducing legal leaders to the value of PERSUITâs technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional eager to build relationships with enterprise customers and drive revenue in a high-growth environment. What Youâll Be Doing: Drive New Business : Proactively identify and engage potential enterprise clients through outbound efforts and support from our GTM teams. Manage the Sales Cycle : Own deals from initial outreach through to close, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless buyer experience. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their legal operations strategy. Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with legal operations leaders, General Counsels, and other decision-makers. Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with consistent coverage to support quota achievement. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support client needs and influence roadmap discussions. Stay Informed: Keep up with trends in legal tech, procurement, and enterprise software to inform your outreach and value positioning. Requirements Who You Are: You have⦠2â4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads. Excellent communication and storytelling skillsâyouâre confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-party sales cycles. The ability to self-motivate and stay organized while managing a variety of opportunities and priorities. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing team. Bonus Points if you have: Experience selling to legal departments or legal operations teams. Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes. Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or similar sales tools. A passion for legal innovation and technology.
