    • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
    • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
    • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
    • Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

What you'll do

    • Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
    • Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
    • Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment

Who you are

    • Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist or mental health counselor.
    • Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, TN, TX, and/or VA) Arizona, District of Columbia (Washington DC), California, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia
    • Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with perinatal patients (anywhere from planning and conception to 5 years post partum)
    • Candidates should also have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth setting
    • A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care
    • Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
    • Bilingual is a plus!

$70 - $75 an hour
$75: Intake/Assessment
$70: 55 minute Individual Sessions
$35: Client No Shows
$300 for time associated with onboarding
