Passage Health is a fast-growing start-up, on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through dynamic software solutions. The diagnosis rate for autism has skyrocketed in the last 10 years to 1 in 36 children. Those children will have to wait up to 1 year to receive therapy as service providers, hampered by antiquated technology, are struggling to meet surging demand. We are building a modern electronic medical record (EMR) that will revolutionize the $460B autism care market.

About this role

As our first Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll define and drive the voice, narrative, and thought leadership that positions Passage as the trusted solution for autism service providers nationwide. From day one, you’ll be both architect and builder - crafting compelling stories, refining our brand tone, and creating a powerful content engine that fuels awareness, engagement, and growth.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. You’ll produce high-quality content across multiple formats - articles, guides, social posts, visuals, campaigns, - while also managing external agencies and contractors as needed.

You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to translate company strategy into clear, impactful storytelling - building a consistent narrative that not only amplifies our mission but also shapes the broader conversation around technology and innovation in autism services.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the content strategy: Develop and execute a content roadmap and calendar that drives awareness, engagement, and brand consistency across all channels
  • Create exceptional content: Write and produce high-impact written, visual, and video assets - customer stories, newsletters, product explainers, sales collateral, and social campaigns.
  • Empower sales and success: Build compelling assets, one-pagers, and case studies; collaborate with our Customer Success team to turn customer outcomes into stories that inspire.
  • Grow engagement and reach: Build and scale Passage’s social presence across channels with thoughtful, consistent content and engaging thought leadership
  • Collaborate with partners on thought leadership: Partner and work with industry leaders and strategic partners on co-marketing initiatives and content, including webinars, events, and joint campaigns.
  • Measure and define the impact of content efforts across key metrics and channels

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of content marketing and strategy experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that drive measurable demand and brand impact
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats, audiences, and channels
  • Experience managing multi-format content production, including video, webinars, and interactive content
  • Experience managing freelancers or agencies for more specific design, video or website projects
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong decision-making, prioritization, and project management skills to move multiple initiatives forward at once
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and influence across cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 3 days a week
