Description The Senior Vice President of Business Planning & Performance Management is the strategic finance leader responsible for shaping the companyâs financial vision, integrating business planning with enterprise strategy, and driving accountability for performance across all business units. This role serves as a key advisor to the executive team, translating financial insights into strategic action. The SVP of Business Planning and Performance Management reports to the CFO. Responsibilities Enterprise Financial Strategy Define and lead the companyâs financial planning framework and performance management model. Partner with the CEO and CFO on long-range planning, capital allocation, and strategic investments. Drive scenario planning, business modeling, and risk management across the enterprise. Business Performance Leadership Oversee consolidated financial results, ensuring clarity and transparency in business performance. Build a performance-driven culture through metrics, analytics, and disciplined forecasting. Lead business reviews with the executive team and board, synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations. Strategic Partnership Serve as a senior advisor to business unit and functional leaders on growth, profitability, and efficiency. Influence major business decisions, including pricing, portfolio strategy, and M&A evaluation. Integrate financial planning with operational and human capital strategies. Organizational Leadership Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A and performance management organization. Champion the adoption of advanced analytics and planning technologies. Build alignment between Finance, Operations, and Strategy functions to drive enterprise results. Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level FP&A or corporate finance roles. Proven track record in leading enterprise-level financial strategy and influencing C-suite decisions. Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $230,000 to $250,000 (annualized USD).
