We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in our new fulfillment center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, start-up environment, including receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders, as well as managing inventory and performing general warehouse duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders to customers
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Experience & Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse or related experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
