We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing dynamic team and help drive continued success. This role bridges the gap between Sales and Operations—ensuring every project is accurately estimated, fully prepared, and clearly executed from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit bids through various platforms, complete pre-qualification documents, and track active and awarded projects. Project Management: Oversee project execution through site visits, schedule coordination, and accurate data entry/management. Process sold jobs from Sales through pre-production, ensuring all project details, materials, and jobsite conditions meet readiness standards before release to Operations. Coordinate with internal teams—including Purchasing, Fabrication, Installation, and Scheduling—to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time project delivery. Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing regular updates, approvals, and support from sale through installation. Record and manage all project details in industry software and participate in production meetings to address scheduling or project challenges. Review contracts, track bids, and follow up on awarded projects to ensure smooth execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and other industry partners. Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Requirements What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with industry-specific software is a plus Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset. Experience with project management or estimating in the stone, construction, or related industries preferred. Proactive self-starter who takes initiave, strong problem-solving and follow-through. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to company success.
