Technical Architect – Full-Stack & AI/LLM for Agile SDLC

Role Overview
•         We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect with strong full-stack expertise and practical experience using LLMs to enhance productivity across the Agile SDLC. This role blends architecture leadership with the ability to design, build, and integrate AI-driven accelerators into modern digital engineering environments.
 
Key Responsibilities
•         Architect end-to-end digital solutions across UI, API, microservices, and cloud.
•         Build and integrate LLM-powered productivity tools (code generation, testing, documentation, code review).
•         Develop hands-on POCs/accelerators leveraging modern stacks (React/Angular, Node.js/Java/Python, containers, CI/CD).
•         Embed AI into Agile workflows (story refinement, acceptance criteria, estimation, quality gates).
•         Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to drive AI-enabled delivery improvements.
•         Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.
 
Required Skills
•         Strong full-stack development experience (front-end + back-end + cloud).
•         Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and model integration.
•         Deep understanding of Agile SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and digital engineering practices.
