  • Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) — who rely on Zuub to run accurate, consistent, scalable revenue cycle operations across hundreds or thousands of practices.
  • Dental Technology Platforms — including Practice Management Systems, Patient Engagement platforms, and Clinical AI solutions that embed Zuub into their products to offer more automation and better outcomes to their customers.

Role Overview

Zuub is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of content execution, relationship building, and brand visibility. This is not a traditional demand-gen role. Our buyers—DSO executives and technology platform leaders—have long sales cycles and make decisions based on trust, credibility, and consistent value over time. Your job is to take our content, insights, and expertise and turn them into high-value touchpoints that build relationships, spark conversations, and keep Zuub top-of-mind with our two key audiences. You'll own the execution behind:

  • LinkedIn content campaigns
  • Monthly insight-driven email communication
  • Conference and event strategy 
  • Off-site executive events and direct mail
  • Light PR and publication coordination

You'll take white papers, case studies, webinars, and blogs and repurpose them into LinkedIn carousels, short videos, event activations, and personalized outreach—all designed to deepen trust with the people shaping the future of dental revenue cycle automation.

What You’ll Do

1. LinkedIn Content Campaigns & Amplification

  • Turn long-form content into posts, carousels, short videos, and executive commentary
  • Maintain a 2-3x/week posting cadence, tailored to DSOs vs. Tech Partners
  • Support executive visibility and thought leadership
  • Track engagement and optimize content continuously

2. Email Nurture & Relationship Communications

  • Develop monthly insight-driven emails for both segments
  • Repurpose content into segmented nurture flows
  • Manage scheduling, segmentation, and reporting in HubSpot
  • Ensure every email educates and builds trust

3. Conference Strategy & Event Execution

  • Own marketing execution for 10+ conferences annually
  • Manage booth planning, design, shipments, and timelines 
  • Support leadership with speaking abstracts and decks
  • Plan off-site dinners, executive roundtables, and relationship-driven meetups
  • Capture conference content for post-event marketing

4. Direct Mail & High-Impact Touchpoints

  • Concept and execute targeted direct mail campaigns
  • Coordinate copy, design, printing, and fulfillment
  • Integrate direct mail with LinkedIn + email flows

5. Trade Publications & Industry Visibility

  • Coordinate contributed articles and publication placements
  • Manage timelines, reviews, and coordination with outlets like GDN
  • Support PR extensions around content launches and events

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement and performance across LinkedIn, email, events, and mail
  • Build simple reporting dashboards
  • Recommend relationship-building improvements

Success in This Role (First 12 Months)

  • Built a consistent 2x/week LinkedIn cadence tailored to DSOs & Tech Partners
  • Increased engagement from targeted executive accounts by 15–20%
  • Generated meaningful interactions (comments, DMs, shares) with high-value executives
  • Successfully supported all conferences and executed off-site relationship events
  • Repurposed every major content asset into multi-channel campaigns
  • Published 3–4 customer stories and helped secure 1–2 trade publication placements
  • Delivered clear monthly reporting on awareness and engagement momentum

What You Have

  • 5–8 years in B2B marketing (healthcare SaaS, RCM, or automation preferred)
  • Proven ability to turn content into multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn content, email, and conference execution
  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Nice to Haves:
    • Experience in dental tech, healthcare revenue cycle, or API-led platforms
    • Early-stage startup experience
    • Trade publication or contributed-article experience

What We Offer

  • Zuub believes everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably.  The annual base salary range is $135,000 - $155,000 with a 10% annual bonus opportunity. The total compensation range, including base salary and bonus, is $148,500 - $170,500. We determine offers based on your experience, level, and interview performance.
