Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description World Central Kitchen (WCK) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Monthly Giving to lead our monthly giving program. This role will drive the ambitious goal of increasing our monthly donor community from 50,000 to 250,000 over the next three years—building a predictable, resilient funding stream to support WCK’s rapid response efforts around the world. The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-savvy fundraiser with experience growing recurring giving programs, owning campaign execution, and building strong donor engagement strategies. This role sits within the Development team and will partner closely with colleagues across Communications, Digital, Donor Operations, and Data to build a world-class monthly giving. This role requires a sincere commitment to WCK’s mission, the proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position will report to our Washington DC location and will require at least 1-2 days in office. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Program Management & Growth Strategy: Lead all aspects of WCK’s branded monthly giving program Own strategy and execution to grow monthly donor base from 50K to 250K over 3 years Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, influencer, etc.) Acquisition & Optimization: Manage paid and organic acquisition strategies in collaboration with Comms and Digital Oversee A/B testing across email, donation forms, and landing pages Identify and convert one-time donors to recurring with timely journeys and offers Retention & Donor Experience: Design onboarding and stewardship journeys for new monthly donors Create regular impact updates, stories, and thank-you touchpoints Coordinate surprise-and-delight tactics (anniversary emails, digital kits, merchandise) Community & Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging for Monthly Giving members Build out exclusive experiences including donor briefings and events Explore platforms for digital community building (social, hosted hub) Data & Infrastructure: Track KPIs including donor acquisition, retention, churn, and LTV Partner with Tech and Donor Ops to improve backend systems and donor experience Identify opportunities to leverage AI, personalization, and one-click giving tools Contribute to various team projects as assigned Requirements 5+ years' experience in fundraising, digital campaigns, or donor engagement Proven success managing donor programs, ideally monthly giving Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent communication and data fluency Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred Experience with paid acquisition, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing Must have a valid passport Alignment with the mission and values of WCK Preferred candidates will also have previous experience working in a fundraising, development, or an operations environment, experience coordinating with outside vendors, and multicultural experience.
