Customer Account Manager

Work Location: Chandler, AZ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (on-site) Some after-hours calls may be required.

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus bonus

Travel: Up to 10%

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers across all service lines

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify evolving needs

  • Identify opportunities to expand service utilization and increase revenue within existing accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions and present new offerings

  • Develop and distribute performance and activity reports for clients and leadership

  • Monitor key service metrics (on-time performance, response times, quality indicators)

  • Maintain accurate client information, interactions, and documentation within the Trinity CRM system

  • Partner with Operations, TOPS, Keystone Recovery, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Support leadership in implementing strategies for client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills of a Customer Account Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations—preferably in logistics, healthcare, or aviation coordination

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools

  • Proven ability to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities

  • Professional, adaptable, and committed to confidentiality
