Flowdesk’s Legal team operates at the cutting edge of crypto legal across major financial centres around the globe. We advise on complex cross‑border regulatory and licensing matters and draft and negotiate high-impact commercial contracts for novel digital‑asset products and partnerships. In sync with our trading, compliance, security and operations teams we translate fast‑moving and complex rules into clear, business‑oriented guidance that enables compliant growth. As our Legal Intern, you will be working with us at the forefront of crypto-legal development. Role Collaborate with the Legal Operations lead and execute organization projects. Assist in reviewing commercial agreements, such as OTC spot agreements, Long Form Confirmations, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Drive legal operations initiatives, including contract lifecycle management, maintenance of the clause library, and management of the legal team's guide. What will you learn? How global crypto regulation and market structure translate into real product, trading, and go‑to‑market decisions. Practical contract drafting/negotiation, risk spotting, and clear stakeholder communication in a fast‑moving environment. Legal ops (CLM, knowledge bases) and how to work effectively across time zones and financial centres. Requirements Background and experience Professional proficiency in English, French is a plus. Minimum GPA of 3.7 Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. Curious and motivated to learn about emerging technologies, including blockchain and crypto related topics. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure. Start Date, starting from June 2026 What would be the Internship duration ? 2 months (5 days in a week) Who is eligible ? Current undergraduate (all class years) who can commit to a full-time summer internship, no requirement to be in your final year.
